What is a mortgage?
You will usually be able to get a mortgage through a bank or a mortgage credit institution. In some cases, it may be difficult to get banks to help finance home purchase:
- When you buy cheap housing in the outer areas.
- When buying a cottage.
- When buying colonial gardens.
You can possibly finance your home purchase through a consumer loan. It is a more expensive solution, but can be the only option.
